If you're not at your condo, make sure your heat is set to at least 58 degrees, water off, one faucet left open, cabinets open, dishwasher open a bit, water heater breaker off!

Next Board Meeting

The next Board of Directors meeting will be on March 16th, 2026 at 5 PM MST.

All meetings are held at the Clubhouse and online.

An email to owners will be sent the week before the meeting that will include a tentative agenda and the link to join online.

The Bigfork Harbor App gives you access to register your boat, trade use of boat slips, and report any issues related to the property. Each unit has one account in the app and you will need to sign in using the primary owner's email on file with the HOA. Contact us if you have any questions.

Document Center

The place for forms, historical records, and governing documents. You must sign in using a google account associated with the email on file with the HOA (it does not need to be a gmail account).
